My new website contains my full range of stillwater trout flies from giant lures for pulling to super heavyweight tungsten patterns for stalking at close range. At the moment there are 8 different categories with plenty of patterns in each.

I have been tying flies for over 35 years and just about all of the patterns that you see have been designed and tested by me at some of the countries top stillwater trout venues such as Dever Springs, Rockbourne and Lechlade fishery in Gloucester. These have been my favourite fisheries for over 33 years; they are excellent venues that I keep going back to.

My website includes all the well known patterns such as cats whiskers, damsels and bloodworms, but I've added my own modern twist using the latest fly tying materials that work so well. You will also find plenty of my original patterns that have been extremely successful and utilise colour combinations that you probably haven't seen before.

I have a large range of stalking patterns, including traditional stalking bugs, such as W.A.E.F.s, heavy tungsten damsels and some brilliant heavy epoxy coated stalking patterns. My heaviest stalking patterns are known as the "Martyn Williams Pro Stalking Range". These have a super heavyweight bead and are perfect for flicking in front of cruising trout at close range. Richard is one of the best known big trout anglers in the country and you can regularly find him stalking giant trout at Dever or Lechlade, usually using his favourite colour combination of black and gold. All the materials I use are the very best quality, such as John Veniards, Flybox, Lathkill and Fulling Mill. The hooks I use are always super strong and needle sharp Kamasans or Fulling Mill Competition Specials.
