Tied on size 12 Kamasan B130 short shank hooks.
Heads are 3.2mm hot orange and fluorescent brass beads.
Cats whisker lures are one of the most popular pulling flies and these micro cats leeches certainly are one of the deadliest.
These can be fished on floating or intermediate lines.
A great pattern all year round on all still waters, especially at Rockbourne, Avington, Dever Springs, Ellerdine, Chalk Springs, Manningford and Testwood.
