Tied on size 10 Kamasan B175 hooks.
Heads are 4mm fluorescent yellow brass beads.
My range of black leeches have always been my most popular lure.
They can be fished all year round, in all conditions and on all waters, including Rockbourne, Ellerdine, Dever Springs, Avington, Chalk Springs, Testwood and Manningford.
This was one of my first original black leech patterns and still one of the most popular and deadly patterns to date.
My favourite method to fish these is on the intermediate line pulling them fast.
An especially good pattern for the autumn/winter months.
